The Great Depression

1929-1941. The Great Depression was a worldwide economic depression during the 1930s. The New Deal included a series of federal programs, like the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC), in response to the Great Depression. Many of these were put in place during President Franklin D. Roosevelt's terms in office.
