• Flowers on leafless stalk rise above rosette of small, reddish, sticky basal leaves
• Radially symmetrical flowers 6 mm (0.25 inch) wide
• 5 pink-tinged petals, 5 stamens and 5 sepals
• Circular leaf blades covered with glandular hairs exuding sticky substance
• Capsular fruit with 2 - 5 chambers
• Lives in acidic bogs
