South Carolina's unemployment rate is currently 9.3 percent. That's lower than it has been in the last couple of years, but jobs are available. The problem that sometimes keeps employers and employees apart is not knowing how to find each other. SC Works Upstate is an organization that is building a reputation in the upstate of bringing the two together.
