Bonniwell Graham, W. Lloyd Walker, and Johnny A. Jones were students at S.C. State College, and they share their experiences during the night of the shooting, along with some of the injuries sustained.
Afterwards, the panelists discuss writing the book, and getting the story straight, including possible theories about how that night started. Other survivors of that night, such as Alonzo Middleton, Dr. Emma McCain, and Ora Susan Smith Hughes, reflect on the three people who died. Congressman James E. Clyburn also offers his opinion on the incident.
