From the Revolutionary War through modern times, the programs are a testament of the bravery and sacrifices of women who risked their own lives to help our state. The Story of the Grimké Sisters profiles two sisters who grew up in Charleston in the early 1800's. They spoke out at an early age against slavery and worked for equal rights for women.
