The panel discusses how the Chernobyl incident has affected the lives of people, plants, and wildlife in the surrounding regions of Belarus, Ukraine, and Russia. The panel also compares the lives of those who have lived in Chernobyl to the lives of those who live close to nuclear plants in the U.S. There is also discussion on nuclear power, compared to alternative forms of energy generation.
