Produced in French, this series contains 20 lessons on the beginner level for teachers to use in foreign language science study. The crocodile monitor is only found in the tropical forests of New Guinea. They are known for their elongated toes, strongly curved sharp claws, rubbery pads on the bottom of their feet, and an extremely long tail. This creature has been known to feast on vertebrate prey such as birds and arboreal mammals.
