Colonial Days | Powder Magazine Museum

Children from James B. Edwards Elementary experience social, and political customs of colonial South Carolina in the period just prior and during the Revolutionary War. See children dancing the minuet, enlisting their service in the Continental Army and learning about indentured servitude. Children visit The Exchange Building/Provost Dungeon, the Heyward/Washington House, and the Powder Magazine.
