This segment covers the St. Julien family settling near Charleston, and building their home and plantation. William Hiott, Director of Clemson University Historical Properties, talks about why the home was moved from Charleston, to Pickens County.  Great care was taken to document every piece of the home, rebuild, and restore the home to how it would have looked in the early 1700's.
