The South Carolina State Library holds the annual StoryfestSC, a free event for the public, at the South Carolina State Museum. The event also includes author book signings, face painting, storytelling, games, and character appearances from Smart Cat, Bob the Builder, USC’s Cocky, and the Clemson Tiger.
