John C. (Jack) Waugh, author of numerous books on the Civil War, including One Man Great Enough: Abraham Lincoln’s Road to the Civil War (Harcourt, 2007), joins Dr. Edgar for a public conversation about the Civil War, specifically the re-election of Abraham Lincoln in 1864.
