Monique Nguyen

Ms. Monique Nguyen grew up in Vietnam where she began learning about cooking. She currently lives and cooks in Lexington County, South Carolina. Originally, she learned to cook by watching and helping her mother prepare meals. She has taught traditional Vietnamese cooking to her nieces and nephews. This traditional cooking involves little sugar, no dairy, and lots of vegetables.
