Tommy H. Glymph

Mr. Tommy H. Glymph is a barbecue master from Newberry. He enjoys cooking chicken and pork barbecue the most and learned from his brother in the early 1970s. He has a secret method of barbecuing and constructing the cooker which makes his barbecue especially delicious.

He cooks every year at Oktoberfest and at other local festivals including the “Pork in the Park” event in Newberry.
