Mr. Tommy H. Glymph is a barbecue cook from Newberry, South Carolina. He most enjoys cooking chicken and pork barbecue and learned from his brother in the early 1970's. He has a secret method of barbecuing and constructing the cooker which makes his creations especially delicious. He cooks every year at Oktoberfest and at other local festivals including the “Pork in the Park” event in Newberry.
