Cross-stitch

In the 1980’s, Mrs. Alejandra Tamayo moved to Edgefield County, South Carolina and brought with her a love of many arts including cross-stitching, knitting, crocheting, and oil-painting. She watched as her mother made cross-stitch pictures and knitted and learned through observation. She now teaches children herself at a local elementary school where she volunteers her time and her talents.
