A visit to Trail Ridge Farm in Aiken, South Carolina. It is a Grade A goat dairy and cheese facility. They also make goat milk fudge. This video was produced as part of American Graduate’s 2015 Youth Media and Health Institute. Students made mini-documentaries about farms in the Midlands in order to explore the relationship between healthy diet and personal well-being.
